The Academy of the Order of the Black Rose lies in ruins, but its power still beckons! 25 years after the last war, the magi (magicians) are back in the lodge to restore order. The Black Rose is still there, but the rooms are broken and it's time to rebuild them.
As magi, the players in Black Rose Wars - Rebirth compete against each other to win the supremacy of the Magic Academy and the power of the Black Rose artifact. A game is divided into different phases. After the players have selected new spells from 6 schools of magic in each round, they plan their strategy. Foresighted programming, such as the order and alignment of the spells, is essential for the effect of the spells in the subsequent action phase. The players then reveal the cards they have played in order to fight other magi or the Black Rose, which is also taking part in the battle, summon powerful creatures or complete tasks. Curse and upgrade cards must also be used wisely to secure valuable advantages in battle. To prove themselves worthy of their power, players compete against the Black Rose. In the game mode with Avatar, she takes on form herself. As a Magi, she makes her own moves and becomes an even more powerful opponent.
Black Rose Wars - Rebirth is a competitive fantasy game with deck building and combat elements, set during an alternative version of the Italian Renaissance. 35 miniatures underline the fantastic gaming experience and the magical battle for the Black Rose. Black Rose Wars - Rebirth can be played on its own and can be combined with Black Rose Wars.
