Paris in 1889: just in time for the Exposition Universelle, the city on the Seine shows the whole world its latest achievement: electric street lighting. And two players are there to witness the historic event live! In this strategy game, they take on the roles of two competing master builders. In two phases, they create a new district: They take on streets, plan buildings and erect magnificent structures. Each player must try to use their action tiles as lucratively as possible. To score the most points, the buildings must shine in the glow of the lights.
